Dinner last night at AQ (2012 James Beard Award for Nest New Restaurant) with a lovely lady from work.
Clockwise from top left:
- Delicious cocktail with white whiskey, which tasted a little like bananas!
- Pork Trotter, spring garlic, snails (SNAILS!) and avocado
- Fava beans with falafel stuff….
- Aged strip loin, medium rare, with mushrooms
The presentation was stunning, the service was phenomenal and I’m still full. I am also already of dreaming about brunch here at some point in the near future. Read more about their restaurant concept and food project here.
